The Great Mind Challenge is a programming contest by IBM-india for those students who have Strong interest in programming and would like to join software industry in future.This can work as boon for engineering students wish to enhance their programming skills. They will get opportunity to work on real life problems with cutting edge technology being used by developers now a days.
How this can help Engineering/programming students ?

It is aimed to encourage students who aspire to make key contributions to develop applications on cutting-edge IBM technologies while providing them with an opportunity to improve their software-writing skills.

  • Your project also becomes eligible to be evaluated by DB2 experts themselves and will be given individual mentoring.
  • The best project on DB2 will be chosen by the experts themselves, and it becomes eligible to win prizes like iPads and iPods from the Information Management team of IBM, along with TGMC prizes (if it qualifies as a project there as well).
